And Yes, That's my first name.
I'm a wife, mama to 2, Pure Barre owner, writer, and self-proclaimed nutrition nerd. My passions for business and health are at the core of everything I do, and it's my mission to help entrepreneurs prioritize healthy living and reach their goals in every arena. Our family also launched PlayWilder, a nontoxic children’s toy company, in September of 2020! Other important tidbits? I'm a retired musical theater child from the South, and my dream day would include cuddling my babies and my golden doodles while sipping on a kombucha in the mountains.
